Located in a quiet area, close to the city center by car, Anderlecht, and restaurants.

the hotel was located really close to farms, the center, and forests and countryside.

Enjoyed our stay at this nice hotel, it was pleasant. The location was peaceful, relatively near Torre dei Gualandi Tower. There was an attached restaurant nearby. The double room was heated, included a work desk, a flat screen TV, and a sitting area. The staff was consistently courteous and affable all the time.

Got a double room. It had all the stuff I needed - coffee, a hair dryer, and all that jazz. ☕

Also, location was peaceful and magnificent, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Cora. Plus it was in a safe area.

This place is excellently located by a lakeside, just 1 km away from a quick meal spot, Friterie Laurens.

Booked a double room with all necessary facilities including coffee and a hair dryer, which was great!

Convenient Location 📍

This place's location is great, not too far from a nearby restaurant. You can easily walk to a lunch spot called L'hydromel from here.

The breakfast had a nice variety of food, and the location was great, right next to Heilige Geestkerk.

Loved the "sterile" room with zero effort on decoration, and the non-existent private parking that forced me to find a spot on the street during a local event. Oh, and let's not forget the charming lady who didn't adjust the price for me. Brilliant!

What a shame the breakfast didn't live up to the misleading pictures. Such poor quality bread, missing butter, and no toaster.

The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the best part was the breakfast, which exceeded my expectations. I was able to choose from a variety of options including coffee, tea, orange juice, cereal, bread, ham. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the owners spoke Italian and French. the location was safe and parking was free and easily available. it was a great experience as a solo traveler.

I recently stayed at Residence La Floraison for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was equipped with a fantastic espresso machine, providing me with delicious coffee throughout my stay. Additionally, the generous supply of tea in the room was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is situated in a stunning park area, surrounded by nature and filled with the delightful sounds of birdsong. The convenient location allowed easy access to the nearby tram station, as well as the city center. I also enjoyed dining at the Italian restaurant located just beside the hotel. my stay at Residence La Floraison was made even more enjoyable by these unique and thoughtful touches.
